2. MIX LIGHT COLORS AND TEXTURES

If you are setting the table with a light base like in this summer table setting, it can be good to work further with these earthy colors to bring warmth to what might otherwise be a somewhat cold table setting. With this in mind, each place setting therefore has some brown or beige in it either through the dinner plate, plate or napkin. To finally tie the whole thing together, you can use similar cutlery and glasses. They don't have to be the same, as it can be difficult to get enough together for a large table setting, but feel free to let them be in one and the same material, such as stainless steel, for example, and it will create a nice overall expression.
